Graduating Graphic Design at Tama Art University in 2002, I then worked for the creative unit Namaiki producing various works (CD jackets, music videos, posters, book jacket design, live music animation, exhibitions)
From 2006 I started freelancing as Mari Inaba. I developed my own technique of stop motion animation implementing hand painted and cut out art focusing on natural and whimsical overtones.
